It is important to cancel and reschedule your appointment if:● You feel unwell● You live with anyone who is unwell● You have been in contact with anyone who has typical coronavirus symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to sense of smell or taste.● You have recently traveled to an area with high infection rates.
What to expect when you visit us● On arrival, you will be asked to attend at your allotted time and wait by the door.● Our team will greet you without close contact (handshakes, hugs etc)● Please bring as little personal belongings as necessary (no bags of shopping please). Where possible please place outerwear in a bag.● On entry, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided by the door and must wear a mask at all times.● Following strict hygiene guidelines, bins are provided to place all paper towels and tissues straight after use. We ask you to hand sanitize after using tissues.● All team members will be sanitizing workstations, equipment, and washing hands thoroughly between each guest visit.● Each guest will receive a clean gown and disposable towel.● All team members will be wearing visors and in addition, mask whilst shampooing. ● A face-covering must be worn at all times, Unless medically exempt.● We aim wherever possible to adhere to the 2metre distance, However, if this is not possible, we have protective screens to place between each work section and basin.● Due to Government Guidelines, you are not permitted to bring food or drink on to the premises. We will provide water bottles and disposable cups. After use, the guest is required to personally place in the bins provided.● Guests are asked to provide their own reading material as we are unable to provide magazines etc.● If you should wish to purchase retail, please ask your stylist and refrain from touching a product yourself.● Payment is by card where possible and your stylist will bring the card machine to your chair and make your future appointment.● Toilets will be in use and information displayed.
